Joanne is involved in Office and Land Investment sales, as well as Healthcare Development, Sales and Leases. Joanne is responsible for the coordination of marketing and sales materials in addition to the administration and execution of office procedures. Joanne provides a high level of professional support to brokers and clients by establishing the plan of action for projects, researching the market, setting goals, and coordinating the activities to achieve those goals. Joanne is also responsible for the formation of presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, correspondence, merged mailings, and other unique projects.
Joanne’s specialty is the designing of promotional and marketing materials, such as proposals, flyers, postcards, and property specific websites. She provides contact and database management along with a great number of additional activities related to the acquisition and disposition of investment grade properties.
Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Joanne was a marketing and leasing assistant for a commercial real estate firm specializing in Leasing, Property Management, Acquisitions/Dispositions, and Marketing.
