Jimmy Roumanis relocated to Boise, Idaho from Ann Arbor, Michigan two years ago, and has been involved in the commercial real estate market since 2005. He currently specializes in Land Acquisition and Development. Jimmy began his
real estate career in Ann Arbor specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. During and after graduation from The University of Michigan, he gained experience working for financial and legal institutions across the nation such as Brunelle and Hadjikow, P.C., a securities litigation fi rm in New York City, Toth Baldridge Van Belkum & Felty, P.C., a medical malpractice fi rm in Michigan, American Express Financial Advisors in Chicago, Illinois, and A.G. Edwards and Sons Investment Inc., in Michigan. Jimmy excelled in each industry he has worked in, and the skills and experience he has obtained through these institutions have made him a well-rounded individual. Since joining Colliers International, Jimmy has been involved in various land acquisitions, site selections, and land assemblages.
