Jill joined Colliers in 2002. During her time, Jill has been instrumental in assisting to close over $275 Million in transactions on commercial land. Jill specializes in leisure land development, acquisition and disposition, as well as retail land development and residential land development, including multi and single family housing. She has managed to secure key contacts with large national developers that are purchasing multiple properties for high profile development. Through her experiences as a sales agent, Jill has gained an inordinate amount of knowledge and understanding regarding the local and state government entitlement process, water management district process and overall government regulations on development.
