COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Jeremy joined Colliers Arnold in 2002 as the firm’s Executive Director of Market Analytics & GIS (Geographical Information Systems) for the Tampa office. In this capacity, he identified emerging market trends using advanced demographic and mapping solutions to generate visual representations while managing the GIS Department and a staff of three. He was dedicated to enabling Colliers Arnold’s forward-thinking clients to act on a location before their competition was aware it was available, or even a viable alternative.
Jeremy brings this wealth of knowledge and experience with him to the Colliers Retail Team. The primary focus for Jeremy is on Tenant and Buyer representation services. He has been involved in all aspects of retail brokerage including project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and ground up development of retail shopping centers. As a member of the Retail Sales team, he has been aggressively developing a client base of retail users, as well as some select inline shopping center space leasing opportunities. He is working on a variety of retail and restaurant market rollouts and has several new markets under assessment for clients. Jeremy is continually developing customized market penetration strategies.
