Jeremy T. Greenwell joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2003 as an associate in the Land & Retail Services Group. Mr. Greenwell has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble worked as a Project Engineer and culminated as a Project Manager with R.J. Griffin & Company, an Atlanta based general contractor. Mr. Greenwell has facilitated clients'needs throughout Metro Atlanta and specializes in property consulting, acquisition, and development of retail, industrial and institutional properties.
