Jenifer Bradley is a Vice President for Colliers Monroe Friedlander and has over ten years of commercial property management experience.  She currently manages a regional mall for an institutional owner and oversees a portfolio of retail properties.  Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Ms. Bradley managed shopping centers and homeowner’s associations. Her experience in retail includes the administration of storefront criteria and portfolio-wide branding programs in addition to lease administration, tenant retention, and traffic and sales reporting. Ms. Bradley is skilled in CAM, operating and marketing budget preparation, reforecasting and administration and was the recipient of the Chelsea Property Group Budget Management Award for 1999.   She is uniquely skilled to meet and exceed expectations of institutional clientele.

Ms. Bradley’s scope of responsibilities with Colliers Monroe Friedlander include:

• Preparation and administration of CAM and operating budgets
• Monthly detailed narrative of financial statement items
• Annual CAM reconciliation
• Tenant retention
• Site inspections
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs and security

Ms. Bradley is professionally licensed as a Real Estate Agent in the State of California, and is a graduate of California State University at Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Land Management.

In her spare time, Ms. Bradley enjoys golf and weight lifting.
