Jenifer Bradley is the vice president for Colliers Monroe Friedlander and has over ten years of commercial property management experience. She currently manages a regional mall for an institutional owner and oversees a portfolio of retail properties. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Jenifer managed shopping centers and Homeowner Associations. Her experience in retail includes the administration of storefront criteria and portfolio-wide branding programs in addition to lease administration, tenant retention, and traffic and sales reporting. Jenifer is skilled in CAM, operating and marketing budget preparation, re-forecasting and administration. She is uniquely skilled to meet and exceed expectations of institutional clients.
