Jeff Shinagawa joined the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team in July of 2005. Currently, he oversees the management of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial property including a majority of the firm’s office portfolio. Mr. Shinagawa is also specifically dedicated to client services and satisfaction.
Mr. Shinagawa formerly managed several Class A high rise office buildings for institutional clientele. His previous assignments include 1132 Bishop Street, a 462,000 square foot Class A building located in the heart of downtown Honolulu and Central Pacific Plaza. He also managed various office and retail properties on Oahu during his tenure at The Shidler Group. In addition, Mr. Shinagawa has property management experience on Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.
Mr. Shinagawa employs a proactive approach to property management. His past experience managing a variety of properties allows him to quickly identify issues and address them practically and efficiently for his clients.
In his free time Mr. Shinagawa enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
