Mr. Kelley started his career in real estate in 1996 and joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in March 2000 with a focus on office tenant representation. Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Mr. Kelley spent four years in Raleigh, NC with Thomas Commercial where he specialized in office tenant and landlord representation.
Jeff is proficient in all aspects of the tenant representation process including financial analysis, space planning, interior improvement & construction management, and lease negotiations. He works with national and local companies to develop strategies that maximize the value of their real estate obligations through identification, evaluation and negotiation of alternative lease and purchase opportunities.
