Mr. Kelley started his real estate career in 1996, and joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in March 2000 with a focus on office tenant representation.
Jeff is uniquely focused on complex office transactions. He is proficient in all aspects of the tenant representation process including financial analysis, space planning, interior improvement construction management, and lease negotiations. He is also a data center specialist.
