Jeff is a Senior Associate within the industrial services group of Colliers, specializes the acquisition, disposition and leasing on behalf of corporate and private owners of industrial and office space. In addition, he provides exclusive representation of users seeking to buy or lease industrial and office space. Jeff has over 20 years of corporate real estate experience entirely at Colliers. Jeff started in the research department Corporate Office Advisors group in 1983. He was promoted to Director of Research in 1984. Jeff began his brokerage career in 1985 while he was still Director of Research. He was promoted to Associate in 1987 and practiced exclusive tenant representation for the Corporate Office Advisors Group until 1994. In 1993 Jeff received the Corporate Office Advisors award for most self-generated exclusive rights to represent clients. He then began working primarily with the Industrial Properties Group concentrating on office and industrial properties on the north side of the city of Chicago. As the leasing agent for a 600,000 square foot loft office and industrial complex in downtown Chicago, he was responsible for increasing occupancy 20 percent, bringing the property’s occupancy to its historical high. Jeff was also responsible for the leasing of the new Goose Island Industrial Campus, a three-phase development consisting of 12 buildings totaling over 615,000 square feet near downtown Chicago. This development’s first phase of 260,000 square feet was 75% leased prior to its November 1998 completion. The first phase was 95% leased by year-end 1998. Jeff is currently leasing the Chicago Avenue Industrial Campus a planned 30-acre development on Chicago’s west side as well as numerous other properties.
