Jeff joined Colliers Arnold-Orlando in September 2005 as Director of Retail Services. He is part of an experienced retail team that currently represents more than fifty retail tenants; over five million square feet of retail space and is recognized as one of the top retail sector teams in the state. His responsibilities include tenant representation, leasing/landlord representation, site selection and retail land sales.
Jeff has more than thirty years of experience in commercial real estate with extensive site selection and development expertise. He began his career as a market analyst and real estate director at Eckerd Drugs. He has held executive level positions with Community Shopping Centers, Southmark Corporation, Vantage Properties, Inc., Retail Equities, Inc. and spent ten years with National Retail Properties, Inc. (formerly known as Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc.) in development, acquisitions, property dispositions and leasing.
