Jason joined Colliers in 2007 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2011. He specializes in representing corporate users in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office space throughout Chicago and nationally. Jason also leases approximately 3 million square feet of office space throughout the Chicago suburbs on behalf of institutional and private landlords. Jason distinguishes himself through his superior understanding of Chicago market dynamics, his transaction management and lease negotiation expertise and through his vast networks of relationships within the real estate community including architects, general contractors, interior designers and relocation specialists. He strives to create recurring competitive advantages for customers and is an excellent and proactive communicator who believes clients should be informed, not surprised.
