Jamie has been with the Orlando office of Colliers International Central Florida since its opening in 1996 and active in Central Florida commercial real estate since 1993. Since joining the company, Jamie has specialized in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout the greater Orlando area and the east coast of Florida, both on the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller side, with a special interest and focus, both professionally and personally in Downtown Orlando.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Jamie has extensive experience in office transactions through seller/landlord representation, as well as buyer/tenant representation. He is well versed in the financial analysis of commercial office sale and lease transactions and has worked with clients to match his skill sets to meet their particular need (i.e. site selection, financial analysis, design, permitting and local governmental approvals, construction, leasing, and selling of a particular asset).
