Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, James spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he focused on real estate transactions.  James audited large public companies including Outback Steakhouse, Walter Industries and Catalina Marketing.  He also audited private real estate companies.  He worked on transactions including corporate restructurings, public and private debt offerings and sale leasebacks.  While at PwC he audited $1.4 Billion in sale leaseback transactions.    

James Ullrich specializes in selling investment properties with a focus on  industrial/flex properties.  James is partnered with John Gerlach, Vice President of Colliers Arnold.  James leverages his accounting/finance acumen to maximize value for his clients in investment sales transactions.
