James is an Associate within Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Multi Family Advisory Group, concentrating on multi family properties within the City of Chicago and teritary markets around the Midwest.

James supports the group with the representation of private and insitutional clients and assists with their acquisition/disposition of multi family real estate. In addition, James focuses on property financial analysis and product marketing.

Prior to joining Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in 2007, James worked for Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles and Downtown Chicago offices.
