Jack H. Rosenberg, SIOR, is a Principal of Colliers International specializing in site acquisition, leasing, sales and build-to-suits for industrial users and developers. Jack has been with the firm since 1988. Among his accomplishments are:

• Won Colliers award for most exclusive listings in 1995, 1998 and 2002
• Colliers 1999 Top Industrial Producer
• Won Colliers award for the most transactions in 1995 and 1998

In the last five years, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $300,000,000. Jack is a member of the Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group Steering Committee (CMSG).
