Hugh Pafford joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2000 and became a partner in 2003. Based on his talents and experience, he typically represents office tenants and office developers in providing achievable long term solutions. During his 26 year career in real estate, he has sold or leased over 2,500,000 SF of office and industrial properties. Some of the national firms that he currently represents are Equity Office Property Trust, Granite Properties, Boss Properties, The Shailendra Group, and Hines. Most recently, he has been selected to assemble tracts of land in the Midtown Atlanta market for future mixed-use development.
