Mr. Pafford has been providing effective service for real estate clients for the past 30 years. Whether providing leasing, sale, land acquisition-disposition or development services, he has provided creative solutions for institutional owners or corporate tenants in an amount exceeding 4 million SF. Although most familiar with the Atlanta MSA, he has previously represented corporate clients throughout the US. His ability to cultivate relationships with tenants, developers and service providers is evidenced by an impressive portfolio of clients including Allstate Insurance, Home Life Insurance, American Safety Insurance, Avon Products, Digital Equipment Corporation, AFC Enterprises, Inc., Cendant, Equity Office, Granite Properties, Crescent Resources and the Shailendra Group. Mr. Pafford also carries with him a strong tradition of community involvement and pro bono work evidenced by a list of honors, among them the 2009 Community Service Award presented by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is managing director of Feeding the Homeless Project, Inc, a 501c3 organization dedicated to providing street feedings for men and women living on the margin in Atlanta. He has organizational affiliations with notable non-profits such as G-CAPP and Camp Sunshine in the pursuit of their charitable service efforts. He is also affiliated with and devotes time to ACBR, the Peachtree Christian Church, City of Refuge and is a member of the advisory board of the Vinings Bank. Upon graduating from the University of Georgia in 1971 with a BBA in Finance, he served in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant before beginning his career in real estate.
