Mr. Sawyer began his real estate career in Industrial Properties with Crow-Carter & Associates in 1972. While associated with Crow-Carter (and later Carter and Associates) he was involved with the development and leasing of over four million square feet of industrial space in five southeastern cities. In 1978 he joined Wilson, Hull & Neal and during his 10 year tenure helped establish WH&N as one of the most successful Industrial Brokerage firms in Atlanta. In 1988 Mr. Sawyer joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble as Senior Vice President and Partner in charge of Industrial Properties, brokerage and management activities.

Achievements
Mr. Sawyer is one of two people in Georgia who has been president of both the Georgia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks. As a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, he has received the Silver Phoenix Award and is a three time TOP FIVE Industrial Producer.
