As a member of the Colliers Arnold Retail and Investment Teams, Hal Colbert specializes in retail land sales and site selection for free standing retail tenants.  He is also involved with the sale of shopping centers and tenant mix positioning for maximum income enhancement to value.  Hal’s in-depth experience has led to a loyal client list that is a virtual “Who’s Who” in the retail industry.  He has provided extensive site selection services for many national and emerging tenants in recent years.

Education
Hal is a graduate of Western Carolina University with triple majors in Marketing, Management, and Finance.  After schooling, he was commissioned a Lieutenant in the Armor Branch of the United States Army and served with the First Armored Division in Nurenberg, West Germany.

Achievements
Hal has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage for over 25 years and has been associated with both national and international companies for most of those years.  He served as President and CEO of Corporate Real Estate Services until merging with Colliers Arnold in 1993.
