Gregory J. Pacelli has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of vacant land sales and industrial real estate. Greg has served as the Colliers Manager for Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc and is a past Chairman of the Colliers USA Managers Steering Committee and past member of the Board of Directors of Colliers USA.
As the director of the Land Group for Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, which he formed in 2001, Greg has managed a department that has had activity involving over 9500 acres with a total value in excess of $725,000,000. This activity involved residential, industrial and commercial land. In recent years, Greg has been involved in some of the largest land sales in the Chicago market. These transactions include the sale of 850 acres to Kimball Hill Homes for a master-planned residential development in Sugar Grove, Illinois and the sale of 258 acres to Duke Realty Corp. for a business park development in Aurora, Illinois.

Greg is a past member of the St. Charles City Council and St. Charles Plan Commission, former Board of Director of the Norris Cultural Arts Center, Tri-City Family Services, St. Charles Boys Baseball Organization and Delnor Hospital Capital Campaign. Currently, Greg is on the Board of Directors of Delnor Health Systems and Delnor Hospital and various church committees.
