Gregory J. Pacelli has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of vacant land sales and industrial real estate. Greg has served as the Colliers Manager for the Colliers Chicago office and is a past Chairman of the Colliers USA Managers Steering Committee and past member of the Board of Directors of Colliers USA.

Currently Greg is the Chicago Manager for the Colliers Asset Resolutions Team. Additionally, he is part of the Colliers Land Advisory Group.

As the director of the Chicago Land Advisory Group for Colliers, which he formed in 2001, Greg has managed a department that has had activity involving over 10,000 acres with a total value in excess of $500,000,000. This activity involved residential, industrial and commercial land. In recent years, Greg has been involved in some of the largest land sales in the Chicago market. These transactions include the sale of 850 acres to Kimball Hill Homes for a master-planned residential development in Sugar Grove, Illinois and the sale of 258 acres to Duke Realty Corp. for a business park development in Aurora, Illinois.

Greg is a past member of the St. Charles City Council and St. Charles Plan Commission, as well as a past board member for: Norris Cultural Arts Center, Tri-City Family Services, St. Charles Boys Baseball Organization, Delnor Hospital Capital Campaign, Delnor Health Systems and Delnor Hospital. Currently Greg is a board member of the St. Charles Fire and Police commission and is a member of various church committees.
