Mr. Gary Mabray is a Principal of Colliers International in Houston, Texas. He joined the firm in 1992 with a primary focus in industrial properties including the sale and leasing of warehouses, fabrication plants, rail served facilities, ship channel sites, land, and special use properties.
Mr. Mabray has been involved in Houston/ Gulf Coast commercial real estate for over thirty-seven years. After graduating from college, he spent three years with Texas Industries selling construction materials. Then, Mr. Mabray joined his father in the family commercial real estate business where he worked for 20 years. During his career, he has represented a broad range of public and private corporate clients in both industrial and land transactions.
