Gary Mabray has over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate in Houston and the Gulf Coast region. As an industrial real estate professional he has particular expertise in warehouse, rail served properties, fabrication facilities, and ship channel sites. He began his sales career with Texas Industries, selling construction materials, before joining his father, Tom C. Mabray, in the family commercial real estate brokerage business. During his career, Mr. Mabray has represented a broad range of public and private corporate clients in both industrial and office transactions.

While at Colliers International, he has consistently ranked among the company’s top producing brokers, receiving the Top Producer and Deal of the Year Award and ranking as a Top 10 Producer numerous times over the last ten years.
In 2007, Mr. Mabray was involved in several significant transactions, two of which were recognized by industry leaders as being among Houston’s largest industrial and land transaction in 2007 with a strong economic impact on the Houston market.
