Mr. Anglemyer is a seasoned multi-facetted real estate appraiser, consultant and broker with twenty years of professional experience involving an exceptionally wide breadth of product types and geographic diversity with extensive experience in the Middle Atlantic, Northeastern and Western States. Mr. Anglemyer is Skilled in the valuation of commercial real estate such as office, retail, industrial, condominiums, apartments, subdivisions, mixed use, agricultural properties and land.  He is highly competent with a wide range of special purpose real estate and business valuations such as recreational club properties, senior housing, health care, lodging, theatres and agribusiness.

Mr. Anglemyer is serving as Project Manager for an assignment with the U.S. State Department which entails appraising anything, anywhere in the world. He has served as a Real estate valuation and consulting project manager for over $2 billion of railroad right of way acquisitions/dispositions throughout the United States for the public and private sectors. He successfully represented buyers and sellers as an intermediary with sale transactions involving conventional real estate and special purpose property types.
