Company Experience

Garrett Williams joined Colliers Arnold in January of 2005 as member of the firm's extensive team of retail specialists.  Garrett's primary focus is on Tenant and Buyer representation services.  He has been involved in all aspects of retail brokerage including project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales, and ground up development of retail shopping centers.

Professional Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Garrett worked for a retail developer and was responsible for the leasing of upscale lifestyle centers and value added projects in a portfolio of approximately 900,000 square feet.  Garrett has developed solid relationships with a variety of national tenants at the corporate level as well as the retail brokerage community and retail owners.  He brings this wealth of knowledge and experience with him to the Colliers retail team.

Education/Training

Garrett graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and in Real Estate.  He was also Florida State University's Real Estate Department Graduate of the Year in 2003.  Garrett also has a background in appraisal and real estate finance.

Garrett is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center, Florida State University Real Estate Society, Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society, FSU Financial Management Association, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
