Career History
Mr. Sherwood's primary role is to provide clients with leadership in the areas of strategic real estate, facilities planning, international project management, and corporate real estate services. He has successfully completed major projects in China, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Denmark, England, Germany, and the Netherlands. Donaldson Company, Hormel, Patterson Companies, Medtronic, Emerson, The Schwan Food Company, Syngenta Seeds, and Walgreens have recognized the value of Mr. Sherwood's expertise.
Mr. Sherwood consistently ranks among the top producers and has significant experience in managing complex real estate assignments for US Multinationals. His expertise includes business and economic incentives, site selection, project management, corporate real estate outsourcing and portfolio management.
Mr. Sherwood joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in November 2008. His background includes twelve years experience as a corporate service provider at Jones Lang LaSalle, the Staubach Company, Cushman & Wakefield, and CRESA Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Sherwood was Real Estate Manager for Fisher-Rosemount (now Emerson based in St. Louis, MO.). In that capacity he was responsible for a portfolio of over 500 sites in 75 countries. During his fifteen years at Emerson he held positions in engineering, operations, construction, and real estate management.
Education
Mr. Sherwood received his MBA in finance from the University of St. Thomas in 1983. He earned a bachelor of science in engineering from Iowa State University in 1976.

Frank has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Minnesota since 1996. In 2007, he received the award for Transaction of the Year for the new 335,000 SF Walgreens Distribution Center in Rogers, MN.
Mr. Sherwood also sits on the board of several organizations including NAIOP, Business Facilities Magazine, Rotary International and Habitat for Global Learning.
