Company Experience

Frank Pschirer joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in 1982 as a Property Manager, was appointed to Senior Property Manager in 1984, Assistant Vice President in 1986 and Vice President in 1993.  Frank was promoted to his current position as a corporate Vice President and Managing Director of Colliers Ostendorf-Morris' Real Estate Management Services (REMS) group in 1998.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Colliers Ostendorf-Morris, Frank spent eight years with The Equitable Life Assurance Society, where he was a senior appraiser with the mortgage and real estate acquisition department. During his last two years at Equitable, he was assigned to the asset management department where he directed the management of investments in Ohio and West Virginia utilizing fee management firms.

Achievements

Prior to assuming the responsibility for Colliers Ostendorf-Morris' Real Estate Management Services group, Frank’s property management responsibilities have included significant properties such as The Diamond Building, Bulkley Building, Eaton Center, BP America and National City Center.  Frank holds both the CPM and RPA designations and has been very active in both the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  He has chaired committees for BOMA including Internal Air Quality and Professional Development.  Frank was selected as the Building Owners and Managers Association's Member of the Year for 2003, is immediate past President of BOMA and currently serves as Trustee.  In addition, he is a past president of IREM's Northern Ohio Chapter 41 and was recognized as the Chapter's 1998 Certified Property Manager of the Year.
