My role at Colliers International is to make proposals for conceptual designs of Industrial Parks, industrial buildings, commercial plazas, design of corporate office spaces, industrial offices, proposals for the design of public and commercial parking spaces, proposals for housing complexes, etc. . in the metropolitan area of Monterrey and the northern part of the country in accordance with the regulations and norms that govern each agency involved in each city, and state where the proposal is made; All this carried out at the request of the different departments and brokers of our company. My professional expertice came since 24 years ago.first i was working in a industrial contractors company as projects designer of industrial buildings and after this I was expanding my responsabilities supervising the industrial projects in field and as general contractor i was subcontractors supervisor in the next areas: civil works,electrical works,plumbing works,air compress systems,HVAC,steel structure works landing works ,etc.and after this i was working as a contact between office and clients.This works was made in cities like Reynosa,Matamoros,Rio Bravo ,Valle Hermoso in the border of Mexico and USA; Queretaro,San Luis Potosi and Guadalajara in the center of the country and Ramos Arizpe,Coahuila in the northeast of the country.

My Team
My expertise comes from having worked along the US-Mexico border, in cities such as Tijuana, Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and Matamoros. I also worked in non-bordering cities, such as Monterrey, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Puebla and Mexico City. My responsibility goes from picking a location to finalizing, launching and administering any commercial, housing and industrial developments.
I have accumulated over 30 years of corporate experience. From 1995 to 2003 I worked with an Industrial Real-Estate Developer in Latin America, FINSA-AIG Real Estate, occupying both regional and national-level positions. From 2003 to 2005, myself acted as Senior Broker for Colliers International in charge of International Corporate Accounts, and I was a member of the Colliers International Cross Border Team, where I acted as consultant for foreign companies looking for Real Estate investment opportunities in Mexico. From 2005 to 2007, I worked as Director of Hunt Oil in Mexico, where my responsibilities included launching and administering commercial, housing and industrial developments as well as establishing partnership opportunities. From 2007 up to today, I participate as a Board Member on two companies: MB Consulting Services focused on Energy and Industrial Corporate Services focused on financial services for Real Estate.
