Forrest enthusiastically joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Inc. in 1999 as a Vice President in the Financial Services Group where he is responsible for mortgage origination and investment sales for the company’s life insurance company, conduit, and owner clients. Notable transactions include financing the largest office building in the state of South Carolina, along with loan placements in California, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
