Erin Seu is a member of the Retail Leasing Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial & real estate brokerage organization. Ms. Seu is part of a team of accomplished retail real estate professionals with invaluable experience and knowledge in the Hawaii market.

Ms. Seu attended Babson College where she obtained a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Seu spent time working in Boston at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common polishing hospitality skills and specializing as a guest services representative.

Previously a Property Manager for Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Ms. Seu managed properties for national and local cliental. Her operational outlook of commercial real estate complements her business background, and allows her to evaluate properties for her clients with an enhanced perspective.
Ms. Seu was fortunate to be surrounded by real estate at an early age due to her family-owned and operated business that invests, develops, and manages commercial real estate properties in Hawaii.  Her background of business, hospitality, and family real estate coupled with property management knowledge allows her to continuously anticipate needs and exceed client expectations. Ms. Seu’s integrity, dedication, and professionalism allow her to bring added value for tenant and landlord clients alike.
