Mr. England is a native of Charleston, SC and joined Colliers Keenan in 2001. His expertise is in the area of retail and restaurant tenant representation as well as the leasing and acquisition/disposition of retail properties. He also has extensive experience in the development and redevelopment of shopping centers.
Mr. England is responsible for the development and operations of the retail platform in the Charleston, SC office. He exclusively represents a stable of national, regional, and local retail tenants and restaurants as well as the interests of some of Charleston's largest private real estate holding interests.
Mr. England is a graduate of The College of Charleston where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. After working for Wachovia Bank as a loan officer, Mr. England was accepted to the Warrington College of Business at The University of Florida where he earned his Masters in Real Estate with an emphasis on real estate development. He is in the final phase of candidacy for the rigorous CCIM designation offered through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is also a perennial award winner of the prestigious Realtor of Distinction Award given by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for top their level of production.
