Profile

Company Experience

Ellen started with the Colliers Ostendorf-Morris Research Group in September of 2005 and is currently the Project Coordinator, responsible providing database management, marketing support, and facilitating the successful completion of commercial projects from concept to final draft.  Ellen monitors all phases of a project and continually assesses the project needs and resources. Ellen is also responsible for authoring federal, state, and local grants, and special analysis reports for Public Sector Solutions.

Ellen has been instrumental in organizing our commercial real estate database and improving the firm's data management services. In her previous position as Real Estate Data Coordinator, Ellen worked to help real estate professionals in business development activities by conducting market and property research, assembling lease and sales comparables, maintaining real estate database, and assisting in special market studies, reports, and presentations.


Professional Experience 

Ellen’s previous experience includes Database Coordinator at Baldwin-Wallace College where she was responsible for managing and updating eRecruiting, a full-time employment and internship opportunity database. Previous to that, Ellen worked for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Local Initiative Funding Partners Program / New Jersey Health Initiatives in Princeton, NJ as a Database Administrator.  It was here that Ellen performed highly skilled database duties for a program office that administers and supports grant programs both National and Statewide.
