Douglas began his real estate career in 2001 with Ackerman & Co., a local Atlanta brokerage firm. He joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2003 and has represented corporations, landlords, and investors throughout Metro Atlanta. His primary focus is in the Northwest Atlanta / I-20 West market. This concentration allows him to obtain a higher level of market knowledge for his clients.
Douglas has successfully represented a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging startups. All his clients have benefited from his real estate acumen. This accompanied with his economic and finance background allows him to add significant value to his clients’ real estate decisions. Some of the clients Douglas has represented are Rock-Tenn Converting Company, General Mills, Briggs & Stratton, IllinoisTool Works, General Electric, the Interpublic Group, Masco and Cingular.
