From 1985 to 1994, Doug Alexander was a Vice President with First Fidelity Mortgage Corporation of Atlanta.
Mr. Alexander joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Inc. in 1994 as a member of its Financial Services Group. Since that time, Doug has been active in mortgage banking/brokerage, with life insurance companies and securitized “conduit” lenders as his primary funding sources. Mr. Alexander has also been active in the investment sales arena. Doug is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, holds a State of Georgia real estate license, and is actively involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
