Company Experience
Primarily working in the Corporate Services group, Diana has gained the skills necessary to initiate, facilitate, and see real estate transactions through to completion in a time-efficient manner. Her contribution involves managing transactions and the global portfolio database for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Veyance Technologies Inc., and A. Schulman. Her experience living abroad and a keen interest in international affairs, makes her perfectly suited to partner with multi-national firms seeking expert advice on critical cross-boundary real estate decisions. With a background in Environmental Policy, Urban Planning, and Design, she is able to strategically approach large scale development projects, manufacturing expansion plans, and site improvements.
Professional Experience
Diana came to Colliers from the City of Cleveland’s Department of Community Development. Under the direct supervision of Director Daryl P. Rush, she worked on a variety of budgeting, Storefront Renovation, and neighborhood development projects. Two major assignments were Mayor Frank G. Jackson’s Operations Efficiency Task Force, pertaining to the City of Cleveland’s real estate assets, and scoring of local banks’ Community Reinvestment Act performance. Aside from her work at the City, she has also been employed and volunteered her time to several non-profit environmental and educational institutions throughout the State of Ohio.
