Dennis began his commercial real estate career upon graduation from the University of Georgia’s business school in 1985. Dennis’ initiation into the real estate business was in commercial mortgage banking, where he spent 14 years focused on the origination, negotiation, formal packaging and presentation of real estate investments to both lenders and investors. Throughout his 20-plus year, Atlanta-based career, he has closed a wide variety of transactions. Dennis' clients benefit from his diverse and extensive base of experience.
Dennis joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 1994 as a member of its Financial Services Group. In 1999, a brief move from the company allowed Dennis to refocus his efforts solely on Investment Sales. In 2003, he rejoined Colliers Spectrum Cauble to initiate the company's Investment Sales effort.
Dennis specializes in the sale of major investment transactions of industrial and office properties, concentrating in the Southeast.
