Deborah has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 26 years. Residing in New Orleans during the early 1980’s, Deborah focused on property management, leasing and sales of institutional industrial properties. Upon relocating to Orlando in 1987, she represented the Equitable Life Assurance (et al) industrial holdings in Orlando and Jacksonville functioning as both Leasing Representative and Property Manager.
In 1998 Deborah became a member of the Colliers Arnold Orlando team. Her extensive experience and education has made her a leader in Florida’s industrial and land sales. She has handled landlord leasing representation, tenant leasing representation, building sales, land sales and build-to-suit projects.
In 2007, Deborah was voted one of the Top 20 Commercial Real Estate Woman in Florida by the Florida Real Estate Journal. She was also recognized by the Florida CCIM Chapter, Central District for the Largest Industrial Sale Award for her participation in the $50 million sale of the 208-acre Agere property in Orlando.

Achievements
Deborah has had the distinction of becoming a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), which is at a level of achievement reached only by a select few. Deborah is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has earned the RPA (Real Property Administrator) accreditation given by BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association).
