Company Experience 

Debbie joined Colliers Cleveland Retail Group in June 2008 as Senior Vice President. Ms. Maggard works with local, regional and national tenants. She does tenant and landlord representation, land assembly, sales, leasing and land acquisitions. 

Professional Experience 

Ms. Maggard has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1981, starting her career with developers Julius Paris and Judge Alvin Krenzler for eight years, after which she moved to the Cedarwood Companies in Akron, Ohio to become their first female Director of Real Estate handling all of their retail properties in nineteen (19) states leasing, selling and training new agents for four years. Her next move was to Great Northern Properties as Vice President of Leasing handling both retail and office properties until they went out of business in 1996. She transitioned into the brokerage side of the business in 1996, working for Colliers International until moving over to Grubb and Ellis in 2004. She recently chose to return to Colliers as part of the Cleveland Retail Group.
