Company Experience

David Ostoich joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in 1993 as a Building Manager responsible for a 14-story downtown office building.  Dave was promoted to Property Manager in 1998, Senior Property Manager in 2003, Assistant Vice President in 2004, and Vice President in 2007.  He has had responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties representing clients such as General Electric, The Archon Group, Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners, John Hancock Life Insurance, Air Products & Chemicals, Mutual of New York (Mony), and Falcon Real Estate.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Colliers Ostendorf-Morris Dave worked for American Building Maintenance as a Division Manager and was responsible for the special projects and housekeeping operations in 14 commercial office buildings along with troubleshooting all company accounts.  He also worked for The Galbreath Company as Assistant Security Manager at the United States Steel Building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as Security Manager at the Frank J. Lausche State Office Building, and Operations Manager at the B.P. America headquarters building.
