Company Experience

David first joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in 1982, and through a variety of postitions, now serves as Manging Director of Corporate Services, specializing in transaction activities and asset management.  Corporate Disposition Specialization under David's direction was initiated in 1993 with a focus upon attracting individuals with financial, audit and technology skill sets.  The practices include a dedicated emphasis on disposition and have pioneered several technology solutions with proprietary applications for use across client portfolios.  The core of the team, including David, originate from a background of commercial brokerage.  The group has successfully completed major sale-leaseback assignments for many Fortune 1000 companies.  Industry specific specialty practices such as the Bank Services Group, have included transaction experience with a variety of middle market and national institutions.
