David has been involved in more than 1,600 transactions, totaling over 7 million square feet, for more than $675 million in total consideration.

David has more than 18 years of office sales and leasing experience in commercial real estate. He joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1997 where he works in office sales and leasing, specializing in landlord/tenant representation and investment sales. David received the CTMT Dealmaker Award for most annual transactions in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. David also was named to CTMT’s President’s Club and was ranked in the Duke Realty "Top 10 Office Brokers" for 2003, was a recipient of the George C. Charbonneau Leadership Award in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008, and was selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of Indianapolis 40 most successful business people under the age of 40.

Major Transactions
Represented Zeller Realty & ING Realty in the sale of Castleton Park, a 1.1 million square foot office complex.

Represented Brookfield Funds in the lease of 93,000 square feet to AdminiStar Federal at Castleton Park and in the lease of 21,000 square feet to IMC Funding at Castleton Park.

Represented NSI Software in the relocation of their 45,000 square foot headquarters to Lake Pointe Center III.

Represented Richard K. Lange Trust in the sale of a 43,851 square foot facility at 8081 Zionsville Road.

Represented HDG Mansur in the lease of 26,035 square feet to Scopelitis Garvin Light & Hanson at Market Tower.

Represented Theoris, Inc. in the sale of 10000 Allisonville Road, a 21,000 square foot office complex.
