Specializing in investment sales, David Metalonis has successfully closed approximately $300 million in office, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail assets, and has handled well over $1 billion in commercial real estate assignments. He represents single-asset and portfolio principals with property acquisitions and dispositions, financial analysis and pro forma projections, cash flow modeling, market research, demographic analysis, collateral marketing, loan sales and workouts, debt placement, comparative lease analysis, buy vs. own analysis and tax-deferred exchanges.

Business and Educational Background
Metalonis graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Finance from the University of Florida. At the age of 25, Metalonis was one of the youngest professionals in the country to earn the CCIM designation; one of the most respected designations in commercial real estate held by only 6% of the roughly 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. He currently is pursuing his Masters in Real Estate Development from the Wayne H. Huizenga Business School at NOVA University.
