Stiles Corporation in the sale of their $21.5 million distribution center. Invesco in disposition of $21.8 million industrial building. Invesco in disposition of $30.8 million, eleven building industrial portfolio. Panattoni Development Company in disposition of $76.3 million, six building industrial portfolio. Vi-Jon in lease negotiations for 700.000 square foot distribution center. Cumberland Swan in lease negotiations for 400,000 square foot distribution center. Panattoni Development Co. in lease negotiations with Nissan for 500,000 square foot distribution center. J.P. Morgan in lease negotiations with Federal Mogul for 300,000 square foot distribution center.
