David is chairman and CEO of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. He is responsible for the overall strategic planning of the firm. He has 30 years experience in the real estate industry covering office, industrial and investment brokerage and industrial development.
David consistently performs as one of the Midwest's top producers, concentrating on the representation of corporations with disposition and relocation needs as well as strategic planning of the real estate assets. David also specializes in acquiring, developing and redeveloping industrial properties on behalf of the company principals, both individually and through joint ventures. In the last five years, the Development Group has acquired in excess of 25 million square feet of real estate and has developed an additional 2 million square feet of new product.
