David is Chairman and CEO of Colliers Chicago and a member of the Colliers International U.S. Executive Leadership Team. He has 31 years’ experience in the real estate industry covering office, industrial and investment brokerage and industrial development.

David consistently performs as one of the Midwest’s top produc¬ers, concentrating on the representation of corporations with disposition and relocation needs as well as strategic planning of their real estate assets. David also specializes in acquiring, developing and redeveloping in¬dustrial properties on behalf of the company principals, both in¬dividually and through joint ventures.
