David joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris as an associate in the corporate management training program. He began as a member of the Public Sector Solutions team where he served on the Master Plan committee for the City of North Ridgeville, and managed various projects for the City of Mayfield Heights, including a retail niche analysis and a comprehensive retail district map of the city.

David continued his training by moving to the Property Management team, where he handled the leasing for a well-known downtown apartment complex managed by Colliers Ostendorf-Morris. He also assisted an owner’s representative in the oversight and management of a commercial construction project from start to finish. 

David is currently active in the Office Services and Multi-Family Advisory Groups within the firm. As a tenant representative, David solves clients’ real estate needs by identifying suitable building options and negotiating favorable lease/purchase terms. Representing landlords, David provides leasing, marketing, and data management services. As a member of the Multi-Family Advisory Group, David assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment properties. David also manages real estate transactions for several international corporate clients.

David’s clients and colleagues recognize his determination and conscientious follow-through in all of his assignments and projects.

Professional Experience 

David began his career with Colliers after graduating from Miami University, where he studied finance and entrepreneurship. As an intern with Sequoia Financial Group, David gained valuable experience in asset and wealth management, personal financial planning, insurance, mortgage, and pension. He expanded his knowledge of the real estate industry by assisting Sequoia’s Mortgage division in daily operations, processing, and research. David also co-founded an online athletic merchandise business and served as a strategic advisor for a start-up clothing company.
