David joined Colliers L&A in 2000 after graduating from Rutgers University.  He specializes in high volume retailer rollouts and the leasing and selling of retail property in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area and Central and Northern New Jersey markets.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

David provides exclusive tenant representation services to retailers such as America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Hollywood Tans, Regis Corporation, The UPS Store and T-Mobile Corporation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  He has also worked with ACME Markets on their disposition properties.  In addition, David is the exclusive leasing agent for national institution-owned shopping centers throughout the regions.
