David Bilfeld is a Senior Vice President with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Multi Family Advisory Group, concentrating in Chicago and tertiary markets, as well as student housing.

David represents major developers, institutions and corporations in the acquisition and disposition of multi family investment real estate. Prior to joining Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in 2007, David earned the title of Senior Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Chicago office, where he was director of their Multi Housing Group.

In addition, David has worked extensively on land development projects and condominium conversion transactions. He consults to clients on items ranging from their current and future buy/sell strategies to their long-term hold opportunities.
