Concentrating on the Chicago suburban industrial market, David represents major developers, institutions and corporations in the acquisition, leasing, construction and disposition of industrial real estate. An established industry leader, David has completed industrial transactions with a value exceeding $1.2 billion over the past 22 years. He has been recognized as Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler’s top producer on numerous occasions. He is a principal of the firm and also serves on its Executive Committee. David served as fee advisor for Walton Street Capital on its $2.7-billion purchase of the 23 million-square-foot CalWest industrial portfolio from RREEF in spring 2007.

David is a member of the Colliers USA Board of Directors and Chairman of the Manager’s Steering Committee. He is a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He is a previous member of the AIRE Board of Directors.
