David Asakura is a member of the Office Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate firm. 

Mr. Asakura’s background in commercial real estate includes managing over 315,000 square feet of office and retail properties in Honolulu, and he has been the exclusive leasing agent for multiple properties in the Central Business District.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Mr. Asakura was the Manager of Information Systems and Facilities for the Honolulu office of one of the nation’s leading engineering and architecture design firms.  In this role, he managed offices located throughout California, Hawaii and Asia.  This diverse experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to clients with his valuable Information Technology, Building Engineering and Facilities Management background, which allows him to find real estate solutions that suit every facet of their business needs.
