Dave specializes in sales & leasing of industrial properties focusing on the Greater Dayton area.
Dave negotiated the sale of a 38-acre site in Kettering, representing General Motors Corporation, and currently has under contract 32 acres in the City of Kettering. He also sold a $2.6 million office/warehouse facility (Northwoods property) in the Greater Dayton area.
Dave was part of the team at Colliers that marketed and negotiated the following sales and leases in the Greater Dayton area: leased the 102,000 SF American Building’s facility; sold the Honda facility, 191,000 SF; sold 140,000 SF Price Brothers facility; leased the 62,000 SF Laughter facility; marketed and leased the Signal Hill office facility, 80,000 SF; sold the Aerovent facility, 119,000 SF; leased the 221,000 SF Aerovent facility; General Motors 1,100,000 SF Dayton Inland plant; and several General Motor land sites. Dave is currently marketing the Sanyo North America Plant of 300,000 SF in Richmond, Indiana.
Prior to joining Colliers, Dave was employed by CSX as development manager of a 500-acre mixed use office/light industrial park. His projects included working on development of new office/warehouse projects, tenant refit, tenant leasing, land sales, zoning issues, and utilities. Healso has extensive experience involving environmental concerns.
