Danny S. Chase began his real estate career in 2003 with the founding of NCT Baltimore, LLC, a residential and commercial development company in Baltimore, Maryland. NCT Baltimore focused on historic restorations, custom renovations, acquisitions, and the sale and leasing of residential and commercial properties. A native of Savannah, Danny moved back to Georgia with his family in the summer of 2008 and joined Colliers International | Savannah.
