Since 1986, Craig has specialized in the leasing and sales of industrial property and the disposition and acquisition of vacant land. Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Craig was employed with Kessinger Hunter & Company for 22 years. His responsibilities included the marketing, leasing and lease renewals of 2.5 million square feet of industrial property. Craig reported directly to institutional owners and their asset managers.
During his career, Craig has specialized in the brokerage of vacant land in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, representing both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions. He has represented institutional owners, bank trusts, developers, partnerships, families and individuals. Craig has extensive experience in 1031 Exchanges, assemblage of land, and formation of teams to maximize value of land through incentives and zoning changes with local municipalities.
