Courtney became an Investment Sales Marketing Coordinator for Colliers Arnold in 2005.
She works as part of the Milano-Shelton Investment Team, marketing retail investment properties such as credit-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers, enclosed malls and free-standing, net leased properties.
Responsibilities of Courtney’s position include the preparation of proposals, packages, flyers, postcards and other promotional pieces, creating investment websites, researching property information, abstracting leases, creating presentation rent rolls, preparing Owners’ reports, managing inspection periods and branding the Milano-Shelton Team.
With a focus in the Southeast United States, and particularly within the State of Florida, Courtney has supported sales transactions in excess of 1.25 million square feet valuing over $168 million. Some notable transactions include:
